I'm Darius Thorne, a longtime fan of fantasy who's finally decided to try his hand at writing his own. I've always had a strong enjoyment of both fantasy in general and romance, and these are interests I've tried to bring together in general. My work is technically in the harem genre, but I've found my tastes are a bit more slow burn on the romance than is the mainstream. So, if you prefer a bit more development as opposed to just rushing into things, my work may be for you!
On the fantasy side, I think I skew in the direction of progression fantasy, though not in the form of lit rpg. There's just a lot to be said for the idea of getting stronger over time, from my perspective. As you can see in Rise of the Dragon King, though, my real interest in fantasy is creating fun and unique magical systems and putting them to use. I've enjoyed a wide array of fantasy, from classics like Lord of the Rings to more modern masterpieces like Cradle.
